Get the certificate the buyer is waiting for

The demo went well. Then the deal moved to procurement, procurement moved it to the security team, and now someone is asking for your SOC 2 Type II report.

The problem

What's actually happening

You do not have one, so the deal sits. Most teams try to handle it in-house at this point: download a policy pack, hand it to whoever has bandwidth, and find out three months later that the auditor wants evidence, not documents. Meanwhile your buyer has a quarter to close too, and a competitor who already holds the report is one call away.

How we help

How we help

  1. We scope the certification to what your buyer actually asked for. A first SOC 2 is normally the Security criteria only. Adding Confidentiality or Availability because it sounds more complete adds cost and calendar time, and unless a contract names them, it buys you nothing.

  2. From there we run the gap assessment, write policies your team will actually follow, close the control gaps alongside your engineers, collect and hold the evidence, and manage the CPA firm or certification body so you are not running an auditor relationship on top of your day job. Evidence lives in our platform, which is why the second audit costs a fraction of the first.

  3. While the audit is running, sales does not have to go quiet. You get the audit-in-progress letter, a trust page, and answers that keep the buyer moving.

  4. Typical readiness for a SaaS team is eight to twelve weeks, then the observation window. We give you the real date on the first call, not the optimistic one.
